Oluwo of Iwo unveil daughter, name her after Olofin Adimula

The paramount king of Iwoland, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi and his beautiful wife, Princess Firdauz Abdullahi have unveiled their child to the world, Praizemedia report.

Recall that on the 15th of March, the Oluwo of Iwoland and his beautiful wife had welcomed their first child.

The monarch shared the good news on his Instagram page with a stunning photo of his wife, as he appreciated his creator for the new gift through his Queen.

“Olodumare Oseun!! I thank God Almighty for a blessing beautiful child through my beautiful Queen…hip hip hip hurray..I’m blessed”.

In a new development, the royal couple have unveiled their daughter to the world.

At the palace, the monarch and his wife held a christening ceremony for their daughter where they revealed the princess’s name.

The monarch conducted the naming ceremony himself. Those who witnessed it include traditional rulers, clerics, community leaders and well-wishers.

The newborn was named Princess Luwo, after the Olofin Adimula of Ile-Ife Luwo Gbagida.

Luwo Gbagida was the only female Olofin Adimula of Ile-Ife and the mother of Adekola Telu, who founded the ancient city of Iwo. She succeeded Ooni Giesi and was succeeded by Ooni Lumobi

Her other names are Sultana, Fatima, Adewunmi, and Grace .
