Olayinka Solomon, a Nigerian actress, received criticism from followers on social media after she announced the death of Dorcas Anjola, a fellow actress who had recently passed away, Praizemedia report.
On her social media page, Solomon paid respect to Anjola and offered her condolences.

She wrote, “Gbemi Gbemi Gbemi Always a happy soul…..innalillahi wainna ilaihi rojiun Today is really a sad day…. May Almighty Allah forgive ur sins because of the holy month Amin…..”
Several fans accused Solomon of being hypocritical because when the late actress need her she didn’t seek or offer financial assistance.
One fan wrote, “When this gal was sick you never posted her ohh even when she needed money for treatment, it was azzezat shorunmu that did all of that… imagine”
Olayinka Solomon, who is known for her roles in Yoruba movies, responded to the criticism in a post on her social media account.
She wrote, ” @parismusicgroup001 May Allah forgive you…I sent her money…not everthing is for the Gram”
