Bukky was born in Kwara State and completed her primary and secondary education, she proceeded with her tertiary education before she ventured into the entertainment industry.
Bukky was featured in minor roles as a new actress before she got promoted into supporting/major roles in films. She got her stage name courtesy of her dark- skin complexion.
Bukky Black was opportune to act alongside some great names in the Yoruba movie industry such as; Taiwo Hassan Ogogo, Yinka Quadri, Rasak Ajao Artisan, Olu Jacob, Olanrewaju Abiodun, etc.
It’ s interesting to know that the Bukky Black was a trained hairstylist in Nigeria before she became a professional Nigerian actress, found greener pastures in Germany.
Interestingly, After Bukky migrated to Germany, she took comfort as a hairstylist and she has been earning and providing for her family as a trained stylist and makeover actress.
Bukky Black runs her business in Hamburg, and both the whites and blacks patronize her. She is happily married and blessed with adorable children.
Her daughter, Jumoke Black got married to her lover in Germany. On the 4th of February, Jumoke Black got married to her hubby Eniola Akinbo in an expensive traditional ceremony held in Dortmund, Germany. The couple gave birth to a baby girl on the 10th of April 2016.
