“From being an Electrician to Popular Yoruba Actor”– Meet Okele and his beautiful Family

The comedian, film producer, and master of ceremonies Tunde Usman, also known as Okele, is from the Yoruba ethnic group. On July 18, 1975, Okele was born in Ilorin, Kwara State. The well-known actor attended secondary and elementary schools in Kwara State, Nigeria.

Okele moved to Lagos after finishing his secondary education. Okele worked as an electronic repair technician before pursuing a career in acting. Thanks to Mr. Amuda, Okele was introduced to the Yoruba film industry. He later became famous after appearing in the Yoruba film “Orin Dola”.

More than 200 Yoruba films, including Hostel Babes, Saka Danfo, Ogba Were, Idapada, Ayibiri, Aje Meta, EGA, Faridat, Ore Kan, Babeje, Romola, Ida Keje, Araba, Aiye, Fisayo, and Opari, have featured Okele.

He has also collaborated with a number of well-known Yoruba actors and actresses, including as Yinka Quadari, Eniola Ajao, Tayo Amokade, Akin Olaiya, and others.
